Answers

1. Can I put the glove clip back together if it comes apart?
   If the Glove Guard® or Utility Guard® glove clip comes apart then the product has done its job and should not be
   used again. Please Contact Us and we will send you a replacement. If the Handi Klip®
   glove clip has come apart then it can simply be snapped back together with no harm to the product.

2.Can your items be used for other markets or activities outside the industrial industry?
   Absolutely! Glove Guard's product lines are all perfectly suited for hunting, fishing, hiking, scuba diving, gardening
   and many other activities. Visit our Other Uses page for more ideas of how and where they can be used.

3. Are you the manufacturer?
   Yes, we are the manufacturer of the Glove Guard®, Utility Guard®, Handi Klip® and Utility Bag™ product lines.

4. Which end of your glove clip holds the gloves?
   The large clamp is the end that should be used to hold your gloves or towel. The small clamp goes around your belt loop or
   directly to clothing. On the Utility Guard® product the clamp is used for attaching items and the slotted end is meant
   to be slipped over a belt or waist band.

5. What is the difference between the Glove Guard®, Utility Guard® & Handi Klip® products?
   The Glove Guard® product is a dual clamp design that uses our patented safety breakaway and with its dual end design
   is a very versatile product. The Utility Guard® product features the same safety breakaway and shares the large clamp from
   the Glove Guard® clip but uses a belt clip instead of a small clamp for attachment. The Handi Klip® product is a dual
   clamp design that uses a ball and socket connection method that provides a higher breakaway and handles the brief flash
   temperatures of a fire without coming apart.

6. Do you have a catalog or pictures available?
   Yes we do. You can visit our Downloads page to download them or Contact Us and we will mail them to you.

7. Can you send me a sample?
   Yes we can provide limited samples. Just Contact us for details and provide your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.

8. Can you do custom imprints on your products?
   Yes, we can imprint on our Glove Guard®, Utility Guard® and Handi Klip® lines. Please visit our Imprinting
   page for more information.

9. What is the size of the imprint area?
   For the Glove Guard®, Utility Guard® and Handi Klip® glove clips the imprint area is: 1" x 0.5".

10. How much do they cost?
   We do not sell direct or list a MSRP or MAP price for our products but you can Contact Us for a distributor in your area.

11. Can I buy direct?
   No. We do not sell directly to end users, only to distributors. To find a distributor please Contact Us

12. When will my order ship?
   Blank Glove Guard®, Utility Guard®, Handi Klip®, Utility Bag™, Power Band™ and Sweat GUTR® orders will
   be shipped next day if in stock. Standard Safety Slogan orders will ship in 1-5 business days and custom imprint orders will
   ship in 5-7 business days after final artwork approval.

   Yes, we offer custom imprinting on all of our glove clip lines and our Soft Pouch Utility Bag™ lines.

17. Do you have a minimum order or 'small order' fee?
   We do not have a minimum order for blank, non-imprinted items. For custom imprints we have a 50 unit minimum and for
   'Self Promo' items we have a 100 unit minimum. We no longer charge a small order fee.

18. Is there a standard box or order size?
   No, we sell products on a per unit basis and package in bulk.

19. Are you an ASI member?
   No we are not ASI members, but we do supply ASI and promotional type distributors.
